just wondering what kind of prospects are there for Pediatric Pulmonology? in terms of getting job positions, pay, work load and schedules, research opportunities etc.

what all are the best hsopitals to apply for for this subspeciality? i know they don't participate in ERAS, so applications will have to be sent to individual programs...
