HPLR and WEBS access

Hi all-

I just came upon my second anniversary. I was able to get into WEBS in July to print off all my papers and turn them into my loan servicer. For some reason the loan company is denying they've received payment and my AAMC contact says the funds were dispersed. I can't log into WEBS to see what's there no matter what I try.

• I tried my MacBook, then the public computers in my building and in the library with my CAC reader and can only get into HRC, but the WEBS link is broken.
• I went to the USO to see if that worked. Same problem.
• Went to Walter Reed SFAC. No dice.
• Went to the Walter Reed medical library. Also no luck.

Any suggestions on what I could do differently?
