On the HPSP page specifically for the army it says you will get a 2200 monthly stipend and also monthly allowance for food and housing. So do all branches have this and how much is said allowance?

Stipend is the monthly allowance for food and housing

Unless you are doing HSCP (Navy specific) which will give you BAS and BAH based on your zip code

$2200 per month pre-tax for 10.5 months and full O-1 pay/BAH for 1.5 months per year while on active duty training. In practice, they usually paid me the stipend and active duty pay and thus would dock my active duty pay.

You were misinformed. The stipend for 10.5mos then 2LT pay with BAH + BAS (food) for the 45 day ADT
