I am interested in the HPSP for medical school, but am unsure of which branch to pursue. Any input from somebody who has gone through the application process for the HPSP for this coming fall or who has already been through several years would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Suggest perusing the Military Medicine forum where you will find an abundance of information and opinions.

the military forum is loaded with information. If you read through some of the more important threads there, it will help you realize if the hpsp is really for you or not.

I got the hpsp in December, but ended up declining. One of my main reasons was the cheap tuition of the school I will be attending, but there are also several aspects of military medicine that dont appeal to me and that I only learned through the military forum.
