If I accept the HSCP scholarship, then during dental school, something happens, like I decide I don't want the scholarship anymore, or if I pop on a urinalysis, what would happen to me?

Based on your question, I don’t think you’re cut out for the military. Absolutely nothing good can come from either scenario you proposed.
