And In wanted to fund the motorcycle gang to do HIV prevention. Needless to say it didn't go over very well in director staff meeting, you know. But we've got to take a risk on funding people who actually know what the communities who are at high risk are doing. That takes risk. It is not safe. And finally, we have to virility x3 invest in programs that really develop minority researchers. Right now, there are a lot of training programs that have gotten to the point now where we used to invest in students who had potential, whatever their GPS was. Now training programs for the most part only want to fund the students who are going to make it anyway, so they can say, "Well, we were successful.” So that most training programs do squat, because they only fund the programs in the schools that are going to do what they were going to do anyway.
