So far, I have only studied the Biology portion of the DAT. That's it.
I am planning on taking it in August, but I was feeling rather doubtful about my ability to do well.

Today I took 2 timed practice tests: the PAT and the SNS. (Remember that I have not yet gone over PAT, Gen Chem, and O.Chem.

Well I got a 23 on PAT and a 20 on SNS (and I skipped 18 gen chem questions because I had no calculator!)😀

This was extremely relieving to me.

If you just started studying, try taking individual practice tests to gauge how much you need to prepare for a certain aspect of this exam.

You won't have calculator on GC section on real exam its for QR only ...so try to round numbers and calculate in your head.

Well that's a bummer, but I'll make sure to study my formulas. Thanks for the info.

From my experience, I can tell you that the GC portion of the DAT is heavily concept-based and it only had a few calculations...so be sure to understand the concept and reasoning behind every formula you study.
