Huge fluctuations in UWorld

I take Step 1 next week (ah!!). I'm finishing up UWorld and I'm getting a little panicked. Even though I'm doing all of the questions on random, I'm having extreme fluctuations in my scores (56-80s). Is this typical? For those who have taken it, should I just assume my NMBE score is predictive? I'm just getting really worried as the test day gets closer.

I've never come across anything that is predictive of your score as the USMLE is also generated randomly so if you get a bank of questions on an area your familiar then thats good for you but i've known very smart people who failed because of a bank of questions on a rare topic that they weren't familiar with soo the best you can do is make sure your comfortable with all the major concepts and use your test taking strategies on all questions.
