how much detail do we need to know about human anatomy and physiology?
for example, will they ask to identify the visceral or parietal layers of lung or just the big picture?
for physiology, do we have to know just the basic functions of each organ or more details?

You need to have the broad picture. I just posted on a similar question that they are really basic questions. Don't go any deeper than the detail covered in kaplan.
