I took 3 History and 3 Sociology classes and Econ which I think also counted for that.

Philosophy should be under humanities... for instance, here is USC's take on it their Humanities pre-reqs.

"Humanities:
Baccalaureate recipients automatically fulfill this category. Students who will not be earning a Baccalaureate degree must complete additional 2 semesters/3 quarters of courses. Courses in history, literature, philosophy, religion, fine arts appreciation/history), classics and ethics may be used to fulfill this requirement."

Not sure if you are in CA, but if you are, check the assist.org site for the exact courses from your school that count towards the prereqs for UCSD. as far as i remember (contact their offices), their prereqs are in line with those for UCSF.
 
I took Humanities I & II, Drawing I & II, Music Theory, Percussion Techniques, Piano, Voice, The Catholic Tradition, Intro to the New Testament, Death and the Meaning of Life.

Great books I
English II
History of art II
agricultural economics (Easiest class ever)
psychology
British literature
 
Doesn't language count as humanities course as well? 😉
 
good question im hoping that my spanish classes will count :O
