Has anyone heard of any organized medical group(s) going down to aid the hurricane victims in the South? Anyone heard of med students being able to go and get rotation credit while helping others?

Has anyone heard of any organized medical group(s) going down to aid the hurricane victims in the South? Anyone heard of med students being able to go and get rotation credit while helping others?

Yes, there are many organized medical groups going down there. These include ACP, ACEP, ACOEP, AOA, and AMSA (still working on it). I'm sure there are more, but these are the groups I am members of that have sent me emails.

I haven't heard about credit.
