Hurt/Help Chances?

I'm a resident of minnesota, going to a csu school in california. will this help/hurt my chances at the university of minn, and/or help/hurt my chances at a d-school in california?

You'll still be a Minnesota resident, so that shouldn't hurt you. You won't be considered a state resident of CA, so for residency purposes, it wont help you for CA state schools. The private schools like Western and USC, it wont matter what your residency is.
