hi all, i would love to get your take if you have a sec--

felt a small lump in my testis, had an u/s, doc told me small hydrocele, but no problem. as is always the case, after i left i began to wish i had asked a couple questions. 1. can it become a problem/is there anything i should look out for? 2. why are hydroceles sometimes considered a problem and other times not?
