I don see why they are worried. It'll be a c2, no different or dangerous than oxycodone/morphone. It's an unnecessary drug, we have plenty of long acting opiods. Yawn!!

This is like locking an alcoholic inside a liquor store and then 15 minutes later, having someone drop off a shipment of Mike's Hard Lemonade. Unless they run out of all of the liquor (oxycodone, oxymorphone, meperidine, hydromorphone, etc), he's not going to bother with the cheap crap (hydrocodone)
