I thought that H20 had a higher boiling point because of its ability to Hydrogen Bond.

Apparently the answer is Ionic Bonding, what you guys think?

Can't be Ionic Bonding. Has to be H Bond.... or Polar Covalent Bond. But most likely, H bond..

answer HAS to be h-bonding.

This question is very classic-principle of important of H-bonding (especially when you get into biochemistry)

0=(31000J)-T(93)

Yep! Thats what I did, got approximately 310 (31,000/100), guess I should have realized that would be in Kelvin and then subtracted by 273 to get the 60 deg C.

well along with the answer with the person before me, hydrogen bonds link the two nuclotide strands together. also, since hydrogen bonds are so weak, they are easily able to break apart in dna replication and protein synthesis
