Can someone please explain the below question to me? The answer is A. High Hydrostatic pressure causes edema in tissues so wouldn’t you want an increase in albumin in the veins to suck the water back in and decrease pressure?

Osmotic pressure is what you are describing by "sucking the water back in", hydrostatic is the opposite.
