Anybody have experience or have seen penile stenosis from hypospadias surgery as an infant? Is this a common occurrence?

If you are referring to meatal stenosis the answer is yes, it can occur down the line.

Meatal stenosis is not uncommon after hypospadias surgery. Self-dilation or a small intervention (meatotomy) may help.
