I have a hypothetical question.

Let's say that a person gets a part-time post doc in State A, and a part-time post doc in State B. Both states have similar licensure requirements.

Would it be possible for that person to apply for licensure in both states (once that person has earned enough hours from each separate post-doc)?

Thank you.

I have lived in a couple of towns on state lines where it could make sense to have a license for the two states since you can easily work in both. I didn't actually pursue it at that time because the one job was enough, but several of my employees had both. One psychologist I knew would actually drive patients across the border until his license was approved in the second state.
