There are six content areas measured by the PCAT:
a) verbal ability
b) biology
c) reading comprehension
d) quantitative ability
e) chemistry
f) writing

3 of which are purely English! and English is my 2nd language.
It's going to be tough. I have read many threads, and most people aren't concerned with English as much. Since English is 50% of the test, should I spend alot of my time reviewing the English portion instead?

I am planning to take PCAT in October, and English is my second language too. Your command of English is good-you write very well. I think you should not worry about English part of the test. Of course, it is important to practice, but you are NOT in trouble. There are other people just like you. I score very high in English part of practice tests. Just practice: read, do exercises, write essays on different topics etc. and do it DAILY. The main thing is that we are not required to speak on this test, because accent usually stays no matter what. Try to be confident. If you worry too much and panic, you will make more mistakes than you would otherwise. I hope this helps, and good luck to you.

My second language is english as well. My biggest concern is the verbal part. My volcab is so poor and I don't think I have enough time to go over the whole verbal part. I am a biology major and I have been reading scientific paper through my education so the reading might better that the verbal. But anyway, practise is very important. Try your best and have no regret.
