Hi, I am not sure if we are allowed to ask questions like this. But if we are not, I will remove it.
I was reading my textbook and came across this picture and I have been really confused;
As you can see, it is saying that when the ventricles depolarize, it becomes MORE ELECTRONEGATIVE????
I thought it becomes more electropositive??????
Could someone explain it. Thank you

tbh i understood it decently until i looked at that diagram


find a better explanation /video/book i think that is your problem

strong medicine ekg is a good start on youtube or LITFL
