I have no knowledge of chemistry whatsoever

and orgo i know the basics but still

and Bio just seems random looking at the DAT questions

I want to take the DAT in February,

i have the following materials

Kaplan bluebook, DAT destroyer, Cliffs Bio, and paid for CHADS videos

If i cover all these materials , am i guaranteed to get atleast a 20 on science section of DAT ? Will these materials teach everything to a person that knows nothing about science ?

i think you'll be fine if you start studying very soon. like you, i knew nothing in gen chem and just basics in ochem. all i used to study was kaplan and the dat destroyer. my only regret was not knowing about chad's videos back then, seems everyone reccomends it. i studied my ass off and was aiming for a 22, but got a 20 instead. its not too bad.

if you want honest opinion, no. nothing will guarantee you any score except hard work.

If you are that weak in gen chem, you are going to have to do more practice than destroyer. Destroyer is going to kick your ass if you haven't a clue of chem- even after chad's videos. I'd suggest looking into kaplan's subject tests, as well as Princeton Review's Hyperlearning Physical Sciences book (you prob buy it on sdn- it is priceless for the chem section).

if you want to test in feb, and you are that weak in science, you better get crackin in you want to see a 20. (90%tile or sometimes higher)

Why go to a war without any weapons?

If you piss poor morally i meant science... Dont do it... take your time. Dont risk it, you will only have 3 times to take it... how many times are you willing to sacrifice?

If you are that bad at sciences, you don't need to review them, you need to learn them. You should probably bring out your old textbooks and go to town before you start studying for the DAT.

Give us a little background... why r u bad at these sciences? did you take them along time ago and don't remember much? or you just took em in the last 3 years and you remember nothing? How did you do in the classes when you took em?

As far as 'guarantee a 20'.... no one in their right minds can give you ANY sort of guarantee, thats not how it works....The general rule is you study your butt off and come exam day, you hope for the best, period.

As far as the material you listed, those are good "review" materials but what about when you get confused about an issue? you need some reference material like a biology, orgo, and GC text book. I am sure you have some laying around.

You have from today till February, thats ALOT of time to land a 20 in TS. I suggest you start with Orgo, as it is the easiest DAT science to master

i suck at chemistry so i kept putting it off.
finally i was desperate so i started watching chad's video, doing all his quizzes, and take notes during his videos.. and in 1 week, i had miraculously mastered a good portion of the chemistry material.
so DEFINITELY watch chad's. i got a 20 in chem btw.
