I have like 4 C's

C+ in both gen chem I and II

C in organic 1

C in Bio1 - retook and got an A

D+ in this stupid elective course (science and society!!!!!!?)


My GPA is 3.45 and sGPA is 3.3

I heard 1 or 2 Cs r fine but i have 4 C grades in pre reqs, will that ruin my application

Do not worry!!! I had 2 Ds (Gen Chem I, Cell Bio, replaced with a B+, and A respectively), and about 4+ Cs (including both Orgo I and II) on my transcript and I still got into 3 schools! Just pull an amazing upper trend, have strong ECs, LORs, and a really good personal statement (briefly explaining the reason for the grades), and you should be golden! And focus on doing really well on your interviews once you get them 🙂

Both my GPAs were the same as yours and I got in so yeah, its possible. Good luck!!

You are fine. Pull up that sGPA a lil bit, and ace that dat.🙂
