Well Guys, I need an honest opinion here. I had just finished with my application. It is Dec 17 now and hence uncertain what my future holds. I majored in Cell and Molecular Biology and got all goodies (cum laude, dean's list etc). My Overall GPA is 3.60 and Science GPA (Math, Chem, Bio, and Physics) is 3.76. My DAT Scores are AA/TS/PAT 19/20/17. Currently I am a research associate and have published some abstracts and stuff. I am applying to UoP, USC, Howard, NOVA, NYU, Boston Uni, Creighton, UNLV, Case, Temple, Marquette, UCSF (since I'm a Cali resident), and Dalhousie. Do you guys think I have a chance this cycle? 😕

Yeah you have a chance but not nearly as much as if you had applied back in May.

I see lots of waitlists in your future.

What is your #1 through 3 choice...because I can tell you that you will be rejected or waitlisted from atleast 6 of the above being its so late.

For instance if UOP is your #1, UCSF #2, and Case #3... well you need to apply next year because its really really late for those schools. So if thats the secenerio, apply next year and save some $$$

I'm sure you'll make it into more than one of these schools. More likely than not, you probably don't stand a chance at any of the CA schools.

But don't worry, you'll get in somewhere. I made it into three schools and I didn't even take my DAT until 17 December (actually two years to the day now).
