by that, i mean that we're all crazy about this specific date, but there is no guarantee that what the schools are sending will reach us on that day specifically. just hang in there 🙂

well, as far as rejections go...if they're going to reject you, they most likely would have done it already. I don't anticipate most the letters in the mail would be rejections.

The more likely answer... schools now know who they rejected pre-Dec 1st, and now they know how many more applicants to review and send interviews to. So, I anticipate those schools that havn't responded to students just yet would start sending out more interview invites.

i'm feeling fear and laziness. i also have nightmares. i was at a dental school, and i f'ed up someone's teeth. then i got yelled at by my superiors. i woke up with a pounding heart and to the sound of rain beating against the window. can't believe it's already the monday of.

I am feeling very lazy too. I spent all break looking at the celing in my dorm room, I even got to know the spider in the left corner a little better; such a gentleman btw.
I do not know if it is my classes or the fact that I am outta here soon and that I only need B's, but I am acting like I never thought I would. I am careless, and study only when have an exam.

i agree with that! i've already started...i'm so damn nervous that I'm having a glass of wine at the moment so that i can relax a bit and get some stuff done. i feel like an old woman having wine with my dinner.

haha, i wouldn't think so. i'm actually quite curious to see where everyone gets in...it'll give us a good idea of where we stand and where we can expect to potentially get into next cycle

ya im also curious...I know stats are going up but Im still wondering how much it will go up since last cycle so I can get an idea at just how screwed I am for next cycle.

I think UCSF went up 0.6 or 0.8 in one year. Columbia's been going up by about one point each year, but it can only go up sooo much before random luck comes into play. The difference btwn a 23 and a 25 is one question.

Nova may go up by 2-3 points, since they overextended their interviews to ultra-high scores. That or they'll be forced to take the 18's who'll actually go to their school.

hey amsie, i went amsal after eating fettucine chicken alfredo, 5 slices of hawaiian pizza, an order of garlic bread, and tiramisu with 1 liter of orangina. i was able to keep everything in, but it was soooo close. when i saw your post, i didn't know wtf you were talking about until i had dinner and the anxiety set in.
