I can't open "STAT Pages 2003" and "2007/6 decision list"

I tried to open the two files, but all of them are blank. Can anyone view the two threads? Or it is my pc's problem? Thanks!

I presently have the problem if I try to go directly to the "last page." I have success by first poking the thread and then poking "last page" after getting to the thread.

Check the encoding on your browser. Put it on Western European
