...I just came across a lovely suit/pant combo from The Express at a discount/overstock type store (like Ross, but more local). I ended up paying $125 for the jacket and the pants, and the jacket was $148 retail by itself.

My point is, if you're fairly sure that you'll be doing an interview or two, and you are also sure you won't gain 15lbs in the process 🙄 then you might keep your eyes out for a deal. It seems like suits are easier to find on sale in the summertime. Just a thought!

Oh, and if anyone here is a slender female, ~110 lbs, with a small bust and about 5'6" tall... AND might want a lovely light tan suit from Ann Taylor... let me know. Because I gained 10 lbs and the pants don't fit. At all.

I wore it to interview once! And it doesn't have bad juju - my GPA does. 😀

What size is the suit specifically?

I actually have the opposite problem, and if anybody is interested in a lavender size 12P Calvin Klein skirt suit I would be willing to send it off to a good home, too. I really really like the style and color, but I've gone down to a size 4-6 in the past year or so and it is comically big on me now. CLOTHING SWAPS! That's how you know it's a bunch of girls here. 🙄

The pants are 4 petite (though I found them a quite regular length at 5'6") and the jacket is like 00P. I don't think I'm insanely small, though. You have seen pics of me anyway, Nyan. Lol.

Hey, the 2% just has... more options. They can wear a tie... OR a blouse! Right?

The pants would probably be perfect but the top too small - I don't think my hockey-player-shoulders and ribcage could fit into below a 2 by any stretch. 😉

But it's good to let people know the size anyway in case anybody else IS interested. 😀
