Basically, I haven't been doing so great my first 2.5 years of colleges. I attempted Summer Organic Chemistry and started well and then it all went down the toilet. I had to drop 3rd quarter and now I'm devastated. I will have to take Physics, Physics Lab, Biology Lab, and Orchanic Chemistry in the same quarter. I have no clue what to do. Last quarter was rocky, should I review that material so I do well during third quarter? Should I prepare for fall quarter? I'm starting to loose hope.

RELAX. Freaking out won't help. Just give it your all and do the best you can. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Don't let a rocky start bring you down. It will just make you extremely unhappy, and there is no point in doing something that makes you feel that way.

Taking three weeding courses when you know you already have significant deficits is an exercise in futility, if not outright foolishness.

Don't expect magic to happen without doing anything to correct your deficits. Start by going to your schools education or learning center for help with your learning style, and with test taking skills.

There's no law that says you have to finish college in four years. If needed take some time off.

Always have a Plan B.

take the classes one at a time.....if you take them all at once, you will fail or withdraw again (based on prior history)

grades are far more important than elapsed time

The problem is my school doesn't offer Organic 3, physics 3, or Bio Lab 3 any other quarters but Spring next year. If I do well in Bio/Physics classes the previous two quarters, I should be fine with Organic and the lab. I just feel like I'm setting myself up for failure because of last quarter which third builds on.

Based solely on your UN, you're not in a good place right now to make those sorts of decisions right now. You're too hurt at the moment. I'm not saying that's wrong or inappropriate, but you may want to cool off for a little bit before getting back on the saddle. It's all good. Life does and will go on. 🙂

True, I just keep screwing up and it's really now or never

How so?

We all screw up every now and then. I know I've screwed up an awful lot; to the point I was checking for a plus head on the top of my skull.

But you are by no means "screwed" or "effed". Heck, you didn't even tell us how you did during that initial period.

Also, you could have made straight F's in those classes. If you're willing to retake, you can always try for DO school. DO's are fully licensed physicians as well but they allow for grade replacement. ^^

So, please, just breathe, and keep your chin up. You got this! 🙂

Thank you, I got an A and then a C and I was on the verge of an F.

Well, that doesn't even sound so bad, silly. Keep at it!

Learn from your previous mistakes; what went wrong? Did you feel overwhelmed? Was there something else going on?

You can still do some serious raising of your sGPA if you've only taken 2-3 classes. So, do it! Get back in the ring and kick its ass! 🙂

Haha I'm in a bigger hole than that, but if I turn it around I should be okay, I don't know if I can.

if you take physics, orgo, and bio lab at the same time... at least make sure you don't take anything else hard. if you can manage to JUST focus on those three, you'll probably be ok. I don't know what your school is like, but if you have to take other crazy crap like philosophy or English literature or history, then that might cause some problems (unless of course you like that stuff, which is fine)
