Hi everyone,
I just found out that I failed the CSA. I passed Step 1 and Step 2 with low 200's, but now I am afraid that the CSA result will hurt the interview's invites...meaning I might not get any invite from now on. When should I start to get panic? Should I be panic at all? I think that it does not look good at all if they see the CSA result. Please advise me on what I should do.
Thank you in advance.

Just get ready to take it again.

If you have to fail something, this is the one to fail. Dont release your score, buy a step 2 cs book and take it again asap. Most everyone passes, so there must be some relatively simple thing you can adjust to pass next time. Also, based on last year, 1 or 2 people who did well at our med schools cs version flunked the usmle version. Everyone knows its extremely imperfect so I doubt it will effect you a whole lot. Just pass it before rank time 4 sure.

Thank you. I will take it again in Dec. The problem now is that I already released the score and the programs already downloaded the result. I took the CSA two days after the CK and was not ready for it...even though I thought I did OK.
Will this affect my chance of getting interviews? Do they care about the CSA?
Thank you for your reply.

They will be concerned if you don't pass it by the match time as it has bitten more than a few programs this year with medical students who could not matriculate to their residencies because they could not pass it. Just be sure to pass it the next time.

Shouldn't affect your ability to get interviews.
