Constant pain in abdomen. Docs here say its IBS but i doubt their diagnosis. Accurate diagnosis is the most critical skill for any doctor and unfortunately the state of Health profession in Pakistan is dismanl to say the least. That why I place so much emphasis on good clinical skills and research in medical profession.
