man ridiculous. so they really are reviewing apps now huh? sorry to hear, hope it works out for you with other schools.
On the positive side of it all, now, you know not to waste your time waiting for a response from Touro. A lot of schools don't send out their denial letters until after their entire class gets filled up.
More importantly, call Touro and ask why you were denied an interview or admissions. Was it your GPA? Did you lack in Prereqs? Or was it a combination of different things?
If I were you I would be thinking about ways to improve my application and use this as a learning process. 🙂

my toefl is 79, very low, I know
I didn't retake it because I was busy with my summer school and PCAT
As I know Western and MCPHS both schools only require 79
But UOP require 80
Just 1 point lower😱

LOL, I'm sorry, I'm not laughing at you, just at myself. I saw all this talk about taking some toefl exam, and it sent me into panic spasms thinking that I somehow missed that I needed another test for admission!
...until I wiki'd it and found out it's an ESL test. I can't take anymore stress, especially, the self-inflicted kind. Best of luck to you on other schools though, I'm sure your English is fine. I bet most of America would get a horrible score on that test. By the by, if you feel comfy with it, can you tell us your other stats (GPA, PCAT)?

I'm not sure how the TOEFL works but maybe you can retake the test then write an appeal to UOP.

You should be happy you didn't get in. Why pay $30,000 more a year for tuition to get the same degree as the rest of us?

I am so sorry you got rejected already. I wanted to say that I hope this rejection does not discourage you. As hard as it is to be rejected, try to stay optimistic and think about all the good things that will come. When one door closes, another one opens and I am sure another amazing opportunity is awaiting for you in a near future.

🙁🙁🙁 I'm so nervous now. I am afraid of receiving rejection letters again. This is my second year.. i can't afford to wait and reapply another year. 🙁🙁

My GPA is 3.34 and I have a very good LOR from a UOP graduated pharmacist
I managed to turn in my application early
I though I would have an interview at least
