MD I got the D in OChem. 3.46 cGPA/3.46 sGPA. Chances? Post-Bacc?

A high enough MCAT will get you in with a 3.4, and you'd be set for DO. Just know you'd be looking at a 33-34 for a good shot at MD.
 
Your overall GPA is fine, but some schools require a C or higher in all prereq classes, so you might have to retake.
