I have a 3.1 sGPA and will probably end up with around 3.45 cGPA

I got a B- in calc 1 and 2 and a D+ in Calc 3. I've done well in all my other science classes and just classes in general. Math just messed my GPA up. If I do well on the MCAT, do I have a chance at MD schools, what would you guys recommend I do?
