I was wondering how long does it take to get an interview for schools (if I get any) after schools receive my applications??? Also, I was wondering do schools wait for pcat scores before they start giving away interview spots? I took the October PCAT and I don't know how long it will take for them to grade them.

i wouldn't know on average... but, i'm pretty sure SOMEBODY'S, going to tell you to look into the threads of the schools your considering to find out. SORRY! don't mean to be a "b****". but, i figure i just give you the heads up on THAT![be PREPARED] 🙂 frankly, it really depends on YOU[GPA, PCAT, Personal Statement, LORs, ECs and such]. besides! different adcoms, have different pet peeves. so it's hard to say really, not to mention some apps are also put on "hold". but, i dunno... hopefully somebody has a more thorough answer soon.

from what i've read in previous threads here, MOST do. but, not ALL! so, maybe it be best you CALL them, just to be sure. i think if the school likes YOU, enough considering your GPA, Personal Statement, LORs, ECs and such... you should be alright, for an interview[:xf:] as long as they do have your PCAT before the deadline. but, like i said... it's ALWAYS best to call and good luck! to you also...:luck:

You should look at last years thread for the school that you are applying to.
1) It may answer some questions you have
2) It will give you a time line of when people started getting interviews when people started getting accepted, etc
3) You may learn something that might benefit you later on.

The PCAT is a standardized test that schools can use to compare you to other applicants. Your score gives the school valuable information about you and so I doubt you'd get any interviews before its been graded.

Oh my username? That's what people called me in high school and the first year of college 😛
