I Have A Serious Problem!!

I submited my primary app last week. I just went online to check on the progress of my app, so I clicked on the Application status check on the ACCOMAS website.

There I viewed my application and saw a very BIG error. My personal statement that I had written was five paragraphs long. However, on my application that I was able to view, my whole p.s has been condensed into one paragraph!! I had problems with indenting the first paragraph, but the ppl at AACOMAS assured me that everyone had that problem, and that the schools are aware of it. I made sure though that before I sent my app. everything was correct with p.s and everythin else. But now I see this HUGE grammatical error on my p.s (that was not there when I submitted it), but is there now.............. This is not good..........I just fired an email to AACOMAS, and will probably leave a message on their voice mail to call me 1st thing on Monday morning!

EVERYONE's PS in one long paragraph, no worry there. Was there another error in it?

Knowing that this was a normal thing, I actually made my PS one long paragraph when I pasted into the app. Helped me get those few extra words in. 😀

that sux bro.......I was strugglin to switch many words to shorter synonyms ( all though acomplish sounds better than achieve).......oh well, guess I need to build myself a bridge, and cry me a river......................

now just imagine the AACOMAS staff first thing in the morning... You and the 100 other important phone calls. The 2nd application essays is what really counts. If you have the min they will send you a supplement.. if you don't ... They won't. NO SURPRISES here. DMU is the only one that doesn't ask for essay .. they take your AACOMAS application as it. WASTE OF TIME>
