OK. So, here's the deal. I applied to UHCO January 20, my application was scheduled for review February 8 (today), I got an email this morning at 10 saying I had an interiew in two weeks, then I got another email this afternoon at 3 saying "Please disregard the e-mail that was sent to you previously regarding an interview at our campus. Due to a slight change, the on-campus interview will not be required of you at this time. Within the next few days you will receive a call from Dr. Shulman, Assistant Dean of the College of Optometry."
So I call UHCO and ask for them to elaborate. They said that Dr. Shulman just wants to talk to me, and to expect his call tomorrow, and that nothing's wrong with my application.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I never considered my application stellar enough to be a shoe-in ... so that makes me think this is bad. [3.4 GPA (3.5 prerecs), 340 OAT, finish b.s. biology in 3 years, normal extracurriculars, a lot of volunteering, normal LOR ... normal normal normal.] What do y'all think? Anybody ... and before tomorrow please!
