I know this is decently common (because of the talk I had with the physician after) but I thought the reason was pretty interesting.
Apparently I have a genetic variant of the HLA gene (HLA DQ2) which means that it is unlikely I will ever give back a reactive titer.
Calling the medical center tomorrow to make a plan of action (to see if they want to try the one dose or all three doses again)
