I just got "screened out" without a verified app?

So I got an email this morning from MWU AZCOM that I was screened out this application cycle for having lower than a 2.75 gpa. My first reaction was.."WHAT?", because there's no way I have that GPA. My cgpa should be about 3.6 and my sgpa should be about 3.9, so my first thought is AACOMAS must have screwed up. (For the record, AMCAS has verified me with those GPAs). I then go to check AACOMAS and the website is saying that I'm not even done verifying yet!

How is this happening? I thought they didn't even get my applications until I'm verified. Anyway, if that wasn't an accidental rejection, that's pretty unfair how this all happened because it's not even true. I also have no idea how to "fix" this, being that I can't even see my "verified" application. (vent)

I'm still on hold with AACOMAS right now, and I emailed AZCOM saying it must have been a mistake because my application hasn't been verified yet. I plan on calling AZCOM later, but I'm straight up panicking right now. I found how to check my .pdf version of AACOMAS, and on the pdf doesn't say my app has any verified checks or anything on it.

Do you know anybody else applying there? I've seen schools screw up and send out incorrect emails to an entire batch of people more than once, and sadly it doesn't stop at medical school - I got unintentional messages more than once through the ERAS system for residency too.

I checked the school specific thread, and it seems like no one else has had that issue? I'm STILL on hold by AACOMAS (1.5 hours later...crazy right?), so once I get that sorted out, I'll probably call AZCOM

EDIT: I have been on hold for 3 hours now. Is this not absolutely ridiculous? Is this normal? I have to admit, I'm getting really frustrated and can't really understand how it takes 3 hours to help 3 people before me. I feel like either there's no one there, or someone's slacking off.

Call AZCOM and ask why they sent you that message. They should know since they sent it to you.

It seems like a more productive use of time than being on hold with AACOMAS.

This is going to drive me crazy all weekend 🙁 Especially because I'm positive this was a mistake, I just don't see how an AMCAS gpa of 3.6+ could possibly translate to sub 3.0 AACOMAS gpa. My only fear is that if the error came from AACOMAS's end and not AZCOM's, then my other two DO schools that I'm much more highly interested in will "auto-reject" me on the same grounds as well. Although personally I think it'd be real ****ty of them not to reconsider me once this is rectified.

OP, you need to relax. Once you're verified, it's a simple phone call away from fixing. If you panic and come off as neurotic rather than calm and collected, however, you do run a very real chance of blowing your app to pieces. Be careful in dealing with adcon staff, come off as confident and responsible, and do not assign blame. They will likely politely apologize, correct the error, and move on. If you're super nice, they might even note in your file that you handled a difficult issue with maturity and respect.

are you aware that you need to choose your courses (from all the courses you entered) to fulfill each school's requirement before you submit your primary?
it's under "program materials". You have to click on each school and choose the courses to fulfill their pre req. If you apply 10 schools, you need to do this process 10 times

OH! I checked, I have all of my programs with a green checkmark with a corresponding course. So I'm guessing they're entered. Although one of my schools doesn't have that under program materials, so it just has an intro to the program.
