It certainly will not help you, but I imagine that you still have a relatively good chance at getting in if you submit your secondaries ASAP. Most secondary deadlines are November or so, so you will be able to submit, it may just be difficult for those schools that are rolling.

Add in 6 weeks for verification. So we're talking verified last week of september, secondaries come in that week and the first week of October, you could be done with secondaries by mid-october, that's one month into interviews some places, but there should still be some late interview slots open. Concentrate on schools that are not rolling admissions
