I know that all A's are good, what about mostly B's?

I am shooting for A's but it is very difficult with family and stuff. I am pulling B's in Bio and Chem and Math. What is your opinion? Please don't be mean!lol

Well, the average matriculant GPA is around a 3.5. Any A's will bring you above that and any B's will bring you below that. So basically, B's are bad. If you are having difficulty in school right now because of other obligations, I would suggest putting it off until you're ready. Adcomms tend to be notoriously unsympathetic about other obligations and you'll have a very hard time getting into med school with 3.0ish GPA. It's not impossible, but it's difficult.

I agree with the above post... B's for medical school are not what you want. There are so many quality applicants that adcoms can choose from that have all A's. Not saying that all A's is the only determing factor. You got another shot with the MCAT, but it is a whole new monster. We all hate it and stresses the hell out of everyone, but all A's is the name of the game, get as many as you can.

A's are better, but B's aren't lethal to an application; a lot will depend on what the medical school in question is looking for in a given year. Certainly decent grades are requisite to get an interview, but as the average is 3.5 and not 4.0, it suggests you have some wiggle room with your grades. Just do the best you can do and talk with your pre-med advisor (assuming your college has one).
