i lost my future vision and really need help

hi i am a FTD, i got my bachelor degree with GPA of 3.1 after ECE eval
NBDE part 1 :86
NBDE part 2: 80

then i went back to my home country for some family issues and stayed there for a while and got my MSc degree in conservetive dentistry..
and planning to come back to usa ,MN specificly and planning to get enrolled in UMN continous educational program for Certificate of aesthetic dentistry.
i want to apply for the limited license but it looks like impossible or should i apply to AGED... all guys who started studying with me now almost finishing the DDS, i feel like lost and not planning right...please please guide me
