For the most part, yes. But sometimes, based on user feedback or current guidelines from relevant professional organizations, or new knowledge, some questions may be updated or deleted.

I just ran through a question with last update 3/29/2010 and for the percentage of people who answered correctly, it is said " .. we are still collecting data on people who answered this question correctly.."
