Hi,

I'm studying Medicine in a Danish univerisity, and would like to know if anyone knows a GOOD medical dictionary I can install on my computer?

I have a Danish medical dictionary on the PC, and a medical dictionary online, but they're not good enough; they don't have all the terms I need. It takes sometimes too much time just to use the net to lookup some words I don't understand.

The dictionary doesn't have to be very cheap, but it has to be GOOD and contain the words a medical student has to know!

Any suggestions?

It would be especially nice to have a dictionary with latin names for body-parts, as we use the real latine (ex. arteria abdominalis) instead of English-latin (like ex. abdominal artery).

Stedman's print version come with an installable computer version on CD rom.

You might find "Stedman's Medical Dictionary for the Health Professions" useful, although I don't think they have Latin names there. They may have for only a few.
