you might contact Kaplan or Princeton Review and see if any of their teachers work privately with students.

Hey--Kaplan has a course called "the Verbal Edge". Usually enrollment is small and they have really good materials and instructors that got atleast a 12 on the section. I highly recommend. I have seen a lot of students dramatically increase their score with this course. Contact the Kaplan center in Los Angeles and specifically ask for "the Verbal Edge. Their pone number is (215)896-1844 and there are located at 505 S. Flower ST. Sorry for the Kaplan plug but I'm an instructor. 😉
