I need an unbiased opinion of my personal statement.

I have had 4 well educated friends proofread/edit my statement and all gave me some good basic feedback but none really went into too much detail. Would anyone here be willing to review mine and give me their honest opinion? I really am just looking for one stranger to tell me 100% truth.

I need to know if my tone is too informal and if I am getting across clearly the reason I want to pursue medicine. Preferably looking for someone who has had some success or experience doing this before or even better has had to read personal statements in the past.
