Hello, Everyone i will be start studying for DAT what is the best way i can study ?? I want to make at least a 22 on my DAT any help???

- start off with kaplan.
- then use schaum's for bio or cliff's...
- then move on to destroyer and really understand every problem. not just the answer but why the rest are wrong
- then move onto top score or achiever to determine which areas you're weak in and go back and review those...

if you need practice for the PAT, crack dat pat is an excellent resource.

Userah is right for how about going about it...but I think aiming for an AA of 22 is ridiculously hard because it really depends if your strong in all areas. If thats true, then you can definitely get a 22. But if your human like me, I have areas where I am weak and areas where I'm strong. I think you should just believe in yourself and have confidence that getting 22 is possible.

Honestly you have to follow the corny old quote "aim for the moon and even if you miss you'll land among the stars" dont shoot for a 22, go for at least like a 25-26, or even a 30. Everyone I know who went in shooting for 20s-21s ended up with 18s-19s and were basically content because they were "close enough" but if you shoot for a higher score you'll be ten times more motivated and end up studying more which can translate to better scores than just a 22!

which one would you say is better shaum's or cliffs for bio if you have used both? Thanks!

Lets say a school has a DAT average of 22.
18-20 DAT scores are accepted for URPs.
20-24 for those with bachelors.
24 and up for those without bachelors.
Thats for schools where they care for bachelors.

UoP doesn't really require it.
USC says it doesn't require it, but never accepts students without them.
UCSF accepts quite a few.
UCLA not so much.
