1- I dont think you can work and study at the same time. You'll kill yourself.

If you really want to be a surgeon, go for it, but PT in the states aint that bad. If you want to be a surgeon in the states after completing the degree in Sweden, you should read up on how hard it is for foreign (as in out of the US graduates even if you are a US citizen) graduates to get a residency position. Surgery residency is the absolute thoughest residency programs to get in even for US med school graduates.
