Sorry if this topic has been beaten to death, I did a lot of searching but I am getting some conflicting info. I thought it would be helpful if I simply asked the questions. Thank you in advance.

I have classes this month until the 24th. I am signed up for the USMLE next month on the 24th, and then COMLEX on the 1st of July.

Right now I have Pathoma and Doctors in Training (I haven't started DIT yet), Savarese, a smattering of subject books. And of course First Aid.

This month I want to go through Pathoma again, and start a question bank. I was wondering what to do as far as; Using USMLE World effectively (questions/day, mixed mode vs subject by subject, if I should use another Q bank this month and save USMLE world), building up test endurance, how long it takes to complete DIT, how often I should be taking practice tests to gauge my progress, and what I should focus on in the week between my USMLE and COMLEX. I'm not super strong in OMM right now but I have a decent grasp of it.

And lastly, should I try to go through First AID a little bit every night? I heard some try to get through it about 3 times before their exam.

Thank you very much for your time!

David

Going through first aid multiple times would really depend on how well you absorb it the initial time you went through it... naturally the first time you go through it will be slower but highest yield... at least 2 times is recommended, but you also have to know yourself as an individual..

In my case, I went through it slow the first time, and their's a bunch of stuff I didn't get or understand (even though I thought I understood it at the time I was going through it)... once you do questions and going through it a second time, you'll realize what I mean...so I plan on going through it like 6 times... or so, lol.... along with uworld and usmle_rx...

good luck.
