Hello everyone i realy think that you can help me
i count on it
any way am a student in medecine univercity in algeria and am realy having a hard time
my probleme is that i have a lot to study and not much time
actualy i have the biochemestry exam this sunday
we are studying proteines
so muuuuch enzimes
i realy need a affective methode to study and i hope you would share ur methode with me
as i said i have a probleme with memorizing lessons
for exp anatomie i study it today i forget it tommorow
am realy loosing faith in my self its so embaresing to me
and i have left 2 weeks and 2 exams :
biochemestry : proteines
physiologie😛hysiologie endocrines and physiologie neurale
my methode is : i read the lesson then i rewrite it on papers then spell it and repeat it alooot then write it on the white bord but still forget (not all of it) but still forgeting
so you can see that my methode is not realy working
am trying to find where is my falt but i just can't see it maybe medecine is just not for me
i realy would like you to help
ps:excuse my english , my studies are in frensh

Have you tried a flashcard program like Anki? Even just the process of actively breaking the information down into discrete chunks can be incredibly helpful.
