What up what up to the most stressed out people on the planet right now. I have been reading SDF now for awhile and you guys always give the best advice soo pleeease help me out with this. I had a 3.1 overall and 3.0 science gpa graduating from college, i just did a post bac year taking all bios and i got a 3.8. my big question is if you guys think my dat scores of
22 PAT
19 bio
20 Gen Chem
19 Orgo
21 RC
16 f'n QR
-are good enough to get me in this cycle, i am subbmiting my appy like this week and i was going to maybe take the dat's again at the end of june, what do you guys think???

I think your scores are pretty solid...I see a lot of people have trouble with QR, and as long as your other scores are good/consistent, I think many dental schools can overlook a poor score in that section. But I do know that some schools have cutoffs for any given section, so that might work against you. We'll see what others have to say about it, but I think you have a pretty decent shot this cycle!

Your scores look good except for the QR. If you are confident that you wont score lower in the TS and PAT then go for a retake but otherwise stick with those scores. Look into NYU, Temple, BU, Tufts, Western, Midwestern, USC. I'm not sure what their cut off is for QR though.
