Hello I got a 3.5 GPA and AA 22 but my PAT is 16. OSU wants a minimum of 17 on PAT .I was wondering if I will still be considered if I apply

Minimums are minimums. I wouldn’t throw your app away if they say they won’t take a minimum of 17

You could certainly reach out to admissions and see if they’d be willing to make an exception for you but I’m not sure what else you could do other than apply to other schools that don’t have subscore minimums or retake the exam and try to get a 22AA again and a 17> PAT

If you don't meet the requirements, the committee will be hard-pressed on why it would make an exception to policy.
